Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within Pakistan. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

How do I verify my account?
After registration, enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your email on the verification page. Check spam if you do not see it.
Shipping Policy
We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, and others).
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000
- Shipping fee of PKR 200 applies below the free threshold
- Tracking number shared via email once order is dispatched
- Orders are processed after payment verification (COD orders after admin confirmation)
Return Policy

- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products
- Product must be in original packaging with seal intact
